Important: Your right of withdrawal expires upon delivery of the completed report by e-mail (§ 356d in conjunction with § 312g(2)(13) BGB). As long as the report has not yet been delivered, you may withdraw by submitting the form below.

Withdrawal rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) apply to consumers in the EU. The statutory model withdrawal form is available in German (§ 12 AGB-DE) and Czech (Čl. 12 VOP-CZ).
